Description: Fair Condition. Signs of age and use. Several obvious surface wears and loss of coating on the chess board side. Fine wood hairlines, scratch marks, tiny dents, surface cuts, blemishes, discolorations, and dust residue. All corner joints are intact. On the Nine Men's Morris side, there is a pencil writing that says, "Papa made this in 1873". I am not able to verify who wrote it, but the wood and construction look consistent with old gaming board. Wood color varies depending on light angle. Handmade, origin unknown.
