Description: Antique french pair of glass, gilt metal small scent bottles with hand painted lids- the bottles measure approx 30x30mm and 51mm high- the lids have a hand painted scenes covered with glass- one of the bottles painted picture top is not straight front on like the other- polished pontil marks to bases and glass stoppers complete- these have not been cleaned and one of them has the remains of perfume at the bottom of the bottle. I believe these are possibly French Palais royal grand tour souvenirs - good condition other than previously mentioned - a few small nibbles to the faceted edged on the bottles & stoppers- consistent with age/use
