Description: CONDITION: Some wear to very edge of plate. It displays beautifully. This porcelain plate was produced in Paris, France by the Jullien Fils Aine studio around 1850. They were produced for the 1855 Exposition Universelle world’s fair in Paris. The plate measure 9 1/4 inches in diameter. The rim is slightly scalloped. There is a bright pink border overlaid with gilded lattice work and trimmed with tooled, gilded ribbons. Suspended from each gold bow, is a swag of delicate hand painted flowers and gilded branches. The painting and gilding are of the most excellent artistry similar to work done at Sevres. #E607 IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT PAY until you have purchased all the items you plan to bid on.
