Description: This is an outstanding Leonard Vienna Austria jug or pitcher circa 1890 - 1908. It carries the crown and doubleshield backstamp and the words " Vienna" and "Austria" which identifies it as coming from the Thun Factory, imported by P. H. Leonard circa late 1800s to early 1900s. It features hand painted softly colored red grapes amid green leaves cascading down from a brown handle and spout. The artist signed his/ her initials as shown. It looks like CM. Measures 6 inches at the tallest point, 7 inches across the widest point. In very good condition, it does have 1 small chip on the spout.
