Description: This listing is for a pair of antique Portieux French blue milk glass pillar candlesticks. The candlesticks are approximately 9-1/2 inches tall by 2-3/8" across. The stylized pair features a coiled snake in the center of each candlestick. The base of each stick has three Koi fish as an accent. The waterlily and cattail rushes form the base. The leaf and berries at the top add interest and detail. They are in excellent condition. This hard to find color and outstanding/detailed motif would be a stunning addition to any blue milk glass collection. Postage: As everyone knows the cost of postage has gone up significantly. When an item is shipped through the regular mail, or by priority mail, the cost of insurance is included in the postage cost. The post office requires that any damaged item be taken to the post office for inspection or any insurance claim will be denied.
