Charles Parrocel (1688-1752) was a French painter and engraver, specialised in battle and hunting scenes. Subject: Antique print, titled: 'Le nom & la situation des parties exterieures du cheval', exterior anatomy of the horse, with several figures around the horse pointing at the different parts.Condition: Very good, given age. Two original folds, as issued. Right margin uneven from binding. Margins minimally soiled. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling.
