Description: Perfect cosmetic condition. The lighter is untested, but button/ hinge work as intended, and screws on bottom are present. My apologies for not being able to state with 100% confidence what is made of. It has all the evidence of being hand carved. I'm guessing it's metal, with its slight brass undertones beneath the black finish. Incredible detail went into this bear hugging a tree stump. I acquired it from a long retired couple who dealt in antiques all thier lives, and lived in Germany for a good amount of the time. You may not find another one of these!
