Description: This is a lovely Antique French Travelling / Desk Clock in a Repousse Silver Cased Stand which has the makers mark of Douglas Watch Co., the Assay Office for Birmingham and the date letter for 1903. To the reverse is a pull out stand and there’s a French patent number engraved. The Silver stand is in good condition but does exhibit some age-related wear from handling and use, but no dings or dents to note. The Clock is in working order and is fitted with a 1 day movement. Included are two keys, one for moving the hands to set the time and one for winding up. The Silver stand measures approximately 7.5cm high and 6.5cm wide. The Clock face measures approximately 4.5cm in diameter to the outside of the bezel. Please note: There are reflections shining onto the item in the photos from the background lighting used.
