Description: This is a beautiful Antique Shaker Child’s Chair Old Paint Miniature Chair This piece is from Maine and purportedly by shakers. According to the elderly couple I purchased it from at Brimfield, it was photographed and used in a book on shakers in the 1960s. It measures 16” tall at the back, 9” deep, 6,5” tall at the seat. Condition – excellent untouched original condition and finish, nominal usage marks and original finish. It looks like it has two layers of paint? With a golden olive being the latest.
