WALKER MAKERS NEW YORK-VERY DIFFICULT TO READ This item is in fair antique condition with wear from use and long term storage including some staining, a crack in the wood at one end, brass wear, light warping, other appropriate wear from use and surface dust/dirt. I can barely read the markings on the bevel, but I think they are J. & G. H. Walker Makers New York, circa 1850's. There are no rule numbers on this bevel, but it is 12 inches in length.
