Description: Here's another nice 19th century primitive staved bucket or container with a lid from my collection. The surface is an original old green paint. These are continental in origin. The letter on the bottom was probably the last initial of an owner. This is a smaller size one measuring 9.5 inches tall X 8 inches wide X 8 inches deep. The 8 staves are pine and the bands are bent oak. This will be a very decorative addition to your collection of primitive and country decor. Love the green !
