The front is decorated with sterling silver flowers and leaves with an engraved banner. The number 559 is engraved under the banner which is the Lodge number. The bottom banner reads B.P.O.E. which stands for Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. There is an Elk and an enameled blue star with the face of a clock.
