This pattern is hard to find with the antique tiger logo and china from Sweet Hotels doesn't seem to come up often. Sweet Hotels had confirmed locations in Kansas and Missouri. This plate was found in Missouri. This McNicol backstamp was used from 1914 until 1931.The plate measures 9'' across, which is typically the size for a luncheon plate. Please make your own determination.This is a previously owned item in good-minus overall condition. There is a chip on the rim, slightly larger than a flake chip. No other chips. No cracks. The plate shows use, including some utensil scuffing and some discoloration spots, both on the front and back. The orange tiger at the top has faded and is no longer the orange that you see around the rim. Please click on the images for more information and to help with your decision.
