Description: This is a gorgeous antique Twin sized solid mahogany traditional poster cannonball bed believed to be made in the style of the John Adams chair by one of the furniture manufacturers that was located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Despite intense effort, I have been unable to identify the company logo.Features beautifully turned posts, stretchers, and cannonball finials. Set includes headboard, footboard, and side rails with attached center supports.Also selling another one that is an exact match to this one!Bed is solid and sturdy, with cosmetic imperfections consistent with age. Back right foot has some chunks missing, and supports have been added, as pictured. Believed to be from the 1920s or earlier.
