Description: Up for grabs is a great old pair of Utica Tools S.P.A.C. Wire cutters. Please see photos as they are part of the description. One side is clearly stamped “UTICA DROP FORGE & TOOL CO.” S.P.A.C. stamped in an oval circle The other side is clearly stamped “PAT 1934” “U.S.A. No. 1970983” The pliers does have some wear on the blade showing wire was probably too hard or big to be cut. Tool is still fully functional. It can use a little oiling but does open and close.
