The former crease line is only visible at certain angles and not when you look at it head on. Glass has light surface scratches that are mainly visible under magnification, like in the photos. To the naked eye, you don't really notice them. There is a cut in the back of the brooch where someone mostly likely tested for gold. The back also has a few cosmetic dents. Cleaning and CareDo not get this piece wet and store out of direct sunlight. Gently polish with a soft jewelry cloth if necessary.
