PR.” and depicts a crown with a two headed eagle emblem. Condition as seen. It appears to be made of brass, plated brass, and/or brass & copper (section below cap has copper tone color). Possibly it has been stated to be from Germany/Austria, dates to the last quarter of the 19th century. Measures approximately 2 1/4" diameter at base and 2 inch tall.
