Description: Beautiful + Authentic + Antique Victorian Solid Oak Farm Table with 2 T- Back Oak Chairs plus 2 extension leaves and cover pads by Haywood Wakefield + Remarkable quality! Table measures 44.25" by 44.25" when closed without extensions by 29.50" tall. One Leave Measures 13.125" wide and other leave measures 14.0" wide + all pads fit properly. Beautiful fluted wood carved oak legs with wheels for easy extending. Exceptional Wood oak grain and finish! Condition report: being offered with the understanding that this is an antique that may show signs of age and wear: The one side of table top has a hairline spilt across top ( but is strong and sturdy ) There maybe scuff marks / polish marks on finish + The Two leaves are not original but cut boards to fit ( they do fit properly and when installed they are solid, strong, and, sturdy + Pads to fit properly but need cleaning and Velcro is worn + Overall Table is solid + Strong + and Sturdy! Please note: That the legs will be disassemble and need to be reassembled ( this make it easy to bring through door. ).
