It is marked STERLING on one of the end links - see photos. It measures approx 6-⅞ inches long from end to end and about 7/16 inch wide. It will fit a 6-½ inch or smaller wrist once a clasp and jump ring are added. It would be perfect with a puffy heart padlock :) It has normal wear and tarnish.
