Description: Rare Wallace RW&S sterling silver souvenir spoon for the Jamestown Expo 1907. Nice detail and quality. Measures 5 7/8" in length and weighs approx. 1 oz. Top side of handle and stem has State Seal of Virginia, Bust of Capt. John Smith, oak leaves?, and Lee Monument; bowl depicts thoroughfare at the Jamestown Expo and is imprinted "Jamestown Exposition 1907". Bottom side of handle and stem has State Capitol, Home of Thos. Jefferson, Pocahontas, tobacco leaves?, and is imprinted with RW&S maker's mark and STERLING. In good overall condition with the only damage being a small ding/dent to the front tip of the bowl; when looking at the top side of the spoon, this damage is hard to discern (shows up as slight flatness on side tip of bowl--please see photo #7), but is a little more apparent on the underside where you can see the small dent and also the flatness on side tip of bowl (please see photo #8). Please examine the photos and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
