Description: This is a seldom seen clock. The serial number dates this to about 1920 and it was made by Chelsea Clock Company of Boston, Mass. This is about 3 1/4 inches in diameter and it is cased in a brass housing. The clock winds, sets, and runs but I did not check it for accuracy or power reserve. The piece has wear as shown, some rust to the bezel, and a chip on the inside of the glass.
