Description: I don't know exactly what this is. I haven't found anything like it. A curious matching pair of antique industrial gears made of steel and brass can be hand turned. Mounted on heavy steel base. Looks great on the bookcase or desk. Gears spin smoothly. Has no marking except for the letter "T" on the base and gears.About 6-1/2" long and weights just under 5 pounds.Paper weight? Bookcase curio? Mostly it's just a nice handsome piece of machinery.
