Description: Antique/Georgian Puzzle/Trick Brass Snuff box with one Dial and shocking Trap. It is in very good used working condition with a few minor dents and made of good Quality Brass as seen in the pictures. The Dial on top is a dummy to confuse potential Snuff thief's and the Button on the front will give them a bit of a shock as when pressed in a pin inside will prick there finger. It opens by sliding the lid forward a bit which lets you lift it on its hinge. It helps to drag it forward using the pointer for leverage, it just needs to open a little bit to be able to lift the lid. To lock the lid push it hard back towards the hinge. The Pin is not as sharp as it would have originally been. It measures 8.47 x 4.37 x 1.85 cm and it weighs 82 grams thanks for looking. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
