Description: This is a free standing (rubber feet on the bottom) 120 volt 4-Outlet uninterruptable power supply battery backup made by APC, Smart-UPS model SU700NET. FYI, while these are older units, they provide full time Automatic Voltage Regulation, and provide a high quality power pure sine wave output, unlike the cheaper Back-UPS units (or any of the cheap UPS units you buy). This type of Smart-UPS units were my favorite when I had a computer consulting business. They are tanks, I never had a failure besides the batteries needing replacement. Connecting wires for the batteries are included, as shown (I've also included a few additional connecting wires with a fuse, etc, if you care to look into that). BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED. Shipping cost makes it a bad deal, I would buy batteries from Gruber Power or any of the good battery vendors. They give better shipping rates. CHECK THE DIFFERENT SHIPPERS PRICES! USPS, UPS, FedEx prices vary a lot depending on where you are! This model has serial port signalling, let me know if you want to purchase a serial port signal cable, I have one around here somewhere I would sell for cheap ($5). I am clearing out all four of the APC UPS units I've been storing, combined shipping should be a cost saving, and local pickup in the Pasadena, California area is available too.
