This is the locking handle used by ARE on their fiberglass tonneau covers. This kit comes with the entire assembly shown in the photos which includes: molded palm handle body, palm handle flip latch, lock cylinder w/two keys, heavy duty rubber gasket seal, rear flange and three nuts. This handle IS NOT spring loaded and has the short 3" shaft on the rear. Thank you
