Description: Armstrong MFG, Bridgeport, Conn. heavy duty pipe cutter, model B2 pipe cutter. Has three cutters, very heavy, about seven pounds. probably manufactured in the early 1900's, but not sure. Note the heavy frame holding the movable cutter. It is in good usable condition or can be preserved and displayed as an antique.
