Description: this sale price is for 1 glass - now 20 availablea beautiful vintage, fully handmade, Dutch art deco glass- pipe blown, hand cut and hand polished -crystal liqueur glass- originaly, in the 1920's, this size was meant for liqueur, but for modern taste it would be great to use it as a small cocktail glass this service is called the Eisenloeffel Servies, and was designed in 1928 by:Jan Eisenloeffel (Dutch, 1876-1957)and executed at glassfactory Kristalunie Maastricht, the Netherlands / Crystal Maastricht Hollandcut with geometric facets on the stem and cuppa, with in between multiple diamond cut height: 10,7 cm / circa 4.2 inchcondition: used, no chips, no cracks, no restoration, clear glass - some might have very acceptable, slight signs of use and agebecause these glasses are fully handmade, they can differ slightly in height, thickness, cutting and weight The glassfactory Kristalunie Maastricht Holland commissioned Jan Eisenloeffel in 1928 to design a modern crystal glass service, that would require and therefore show the high craftsmanship of their employees, to have enough and good work during the economic crisis of the late 1920'sIn 1959 the Verenigde Glasfabrieken Schiedam / Glasfabriek Leerdam took over the Maastricht company.
