Liggett & Myers Fatima cigarette box. turkish cigarettes popular in this country in the 1920's. 2 3/4 tall and 6 1/4" wide and 3 3/4" deep. marked nickel silver, and an iron cross, etched veiled woman, turkish crescent moon, patent pend. etched on the bottom. i have cleaned it with basic silver cleaner but needs something more serious. no dents, not sure if these are scratches or just use wear. lined with dark blue velvet. pre owned of course.
