Small amounts of pure silver are added which dramatically increases strength, brightness and detail sharpness. After casting, craftsmen hand patina and finish their extra fine pewter using techniques similar to the finishing of sterling silver and to match its fine polished silver appearance.This lovely, well crafted trinket dish appear to be an early piece of the 1980s where it shows a high level of age patina (not polished) but as is, can be proudly displayed in a Art Nouveau or Mid Century Modern décor setting or anywhere you see fit.Please look over photos carefully as they are part of description and ask all questions before bidding.
