Description: It is a later work by the artist and it is signed and dated 1976 in the bottom right hand corner of the painting, and it’s also titled and signed below the image. It is beautifully framed under museum glass, and it is ready to hang. It was definitely well cared for over the years and the colors and details are tremendous. The painting was last appraised in 1980 for 5500-(Insurance Appraisal). Mid measures of approximately 32 1/2 x 26 1/2” framed, and the viewable image size is approximately 23 1/2 x 17 1/2”. He served in an official capacity and as a freelance artist for the Navy until his death 45 years later, in 1978
