Description: A superb American antique solid sterling silver box. It is hallmarked STERLING along with the makers marks of Dominick and Haff of New York (1868-1928). It has been nicely designed being plannished and is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean. The lid is loose fitting so more for say a dressing table or desk than a bag. It measures approx. 1.5 inches (4cms) across by 0.5 inch (1.2cms) tall and weighs 27 grams. A very nice quality piece.
