As-is used complete and clean Stihl 08S QuickStop 60cc two-stroke chainsaw powerhead, with working chainbrake. Saw has OEM Stihl 49mm cylinder and piston. Saw serial number 112791065. Chainsaw has some paint wear and loss. Top cover has been replaced with NOS Stihl top cover. Saw has been stored with Stihl 2-stroke oil in bottom end and top end. Spark is good. Compression is good. Saw has original OEM Tillotson carb. Carb has been cleaned and rebuilt, and is dry. Carb would need to be tuned and idle reset for a buyer's location and elevation. The fuel tank and oil tank are clean - both have the original interior paint. Chainsaw has a clean OEM Stihl copper air filter and clean OEM Stihl fuel filter. Chainsaw has new Bosch sparkplug. Clutch drum and bearing have been replaced with new OEM Stihl sprocket drum and bearing. Drum bearing has been greased. Chainsaw has an OEM Stihl TS350 large volume muffler with spark arrestor - to help reduce sharp-pitched exhaust noise. For shipping, the log spike will be taken off the saw and packed separately in a baggie in the box. This is to help prevent the spike from tearing through the box during shipping. Buyer will be responsible for reinstalling the log spike. For shipping, the chainbrake handle will be ziptied back to the handlebar to prevent the chainbrake from engaging during shipping and unpacking. Buyer will be responsible for removing the ziptie – see notes below concerning preventing the saw from running with chainbrake engaged. Premix tank and bar oil tank have been drained and dry. There are some deposits in fuel tank. It is the buyer's responsibility to refill the tanks with correct premix and bar oil - premix in the fuel tank, bar oil in the oil tank. There may be other conditions affecting this chainsaw that the seller is not aware of - and so may not be described in this listing. Seller is not responsible for how this chainsaw is used or misused. This chainsaw is an older used chainsaw. Buyer and any and all successors of buyer are COMPLETELY responsible for how, why, where or when this chainsaw may be used or misused. If any part of this chainsaw is ruined by ANYONE after this sale, this chainsaw CANNOT BE RETURNED. This chainsaw has a two-stroke engined chainsaw that uses premixed fuel - gas that is mixed with good two-stroke oil. This chainsaw will NOT run on straight gas - gas that is not mixed with two-stroke oil - and would be ruined by running it on straight gas. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the saw is NOT run with chainbrake engaged.
