Timothy Sly, PhD is Professor Emeritus, School of Occupational and Public Health at Toronto Metropolitan University. He holds public health qualifications from UK and Canada, and graduate degrees in Epidemiology (University of Western Ontario) and Risk Studies (Teesside University, UK).
