Description: Lovell, Armstrong, Shepard, and Cernan."Apollo: Navy to the Moon" Limited Edition Lithograph Signed by Four Naval Astronauts. A 21.5" x 27.5" print (sight size) of a painting by noted artist (and Naval aviator) Robert L. Rasmussen, with scenes depicting the Apollo missions to the moon. The artist has signed "111/250/ Rasmussen" in pencil at right just beneath the image. Signed across the bottom by four: "James Lovell", "Neil Armstrong", "Alan Shepard", and "Gene Cernan". This is the rarely-offered follow-up print to the popular "Naval Aviation in Space". The sister print had 1000 limited edition prints, so there were 750 very unhappy space collectors. It was produced to raise funds for the Museum of Naval Aviation in Pensacola, Florida. Matted and framed to an overall 29" x 36". Included is a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
