Description: Atmospheric study "At the Art Hall" 1916 by Ture Sellman 1888-1968. From a vintage copy of Photograms of the Year 1916. The annual publication of the London Salon of Photography. Architect Ture Sellman was also an enthusiastic photographer. He was secretary of the Photographic Association 1914–1918. In 1931 he started Sellman film, which became significant in color photography. Within photography, he was also a lecturer, critic and writer for the Nordic Journal of Photography. When the magazine FOTO was founded in 1939, Sellman belonged to the first editorial board. Among other things, he wrote popular and instructive articles and was helpful in selecting the magazine's image material. All items are delivered in archival sleeves and hard backed envelopes.
