Return policy details: Returns Policy (1) Introduction We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item to us. We have created a 30 day returns policy in line with eBay guidelines to allow customers to return items to us in appropriate circumstances. (3) Return of Faulty Items If in the unlikely event you receive your item and it is found to be faulty you must report this to us within 14 days of delivery of the item so that we can issue you a warranty form and a return authorisation reference. We must then receive the item and completed warranty form back with all the original parts and packaging within 14 days of issuing the return reference. The returned item must have our despatch security mark present and will then be returned to the manufacturer who will test the item and check the production stamp. If the item is then found to be faulty we will supply a replacement part if no replacement is available we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item only. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, special or punitive loss, damage, costs or expenses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of income or revenue. We will not refund or exchange an item for any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the part, incorrect fitting of the part by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the parts' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the part. (4) Returns Procedure In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: Request a return within 14 days of delivery of the item through the “request a return for this item” link through your purchase history on eBay explaining the reason why you wish to return the item and to obtain a return authorisation reference. Clearly show the returns authorisation reference on the returned parcel. (Any parcels returned without a return authorisation number will be rejected and returned to sender). Enclose your details (name and address) in the parcel. Ensure that the returned item is securely packaged and posted to us with a tracking number and insurance to cover loss or damage of the item (We will not issue a refund for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post).
