Description: Authentic Spanish-Colonial era 8-Reales Silver Cob Coin, minted in Potosi (Bolivia) in the year 1753, Pillars & Waves style cob coin. No shipwreck provenance papers but a gorgeous authentic treasure coin, nonetheless. The coin is mounted in a custom handmade bezel setting for use as a pendant. The bezel is made of Sterling Silver, and 14k yellow gold accents on the prongs, and the bezel setting is further complimented with two round emeralds, one Ruby cabochon, and one large cushion-cut blue sapphire (see all photos for color images). Also the bezel is open on both sides, allowing the pendant to be reversible, though the cross side is the side with the jewels. Bale is large enough to accommodate almost any size chain or cord for wearing as necklace. Gross weight of the entire pendant, bezel and coin together, is approximately 38.54 grams. This is a truly spectacular specimen. Questions are welcome but please ask them before buying/offering, not after. Thank you for looking! Please look carefully at all photos and judge the condition for yourself, the photos are meant to serve as the primary descriptor and the coin in the photos is the Exact coin that you will receive.
