Baby girl sweater set, vintage, Saks Fifth Avenue, orlon, pink

Description: This item is a soft pink sweater set for a baby girl, made in England for Saks Fifth Avenue. It consists of a pretty cardigan with detailed cabling and a double row of tiny buttons, paired with footed pants. It is made of super soft warm Orlon acrylic. The label is missing from the sweater and the pants label does not give a size. But this set compares closely to a modern 9 - 12 months. The sweater has an A line shape and well made collar and cuffs. IT measures as follows: shoulders: 20" around chest: 22" around length: 11 1/2" The pants have good stretch in the waist and have not lost their elasticity. The waist will stretch to about 24" around. Both pieces have some stretch throughout. There are no holes or stains. There is one faint gray smudge on the right cuff of the sweater. I have tried to show it in the photos but it truly does not show up well. There really are no other flaws other than the missing label in the sweater. There is a Saks label in the pants. This is a warm pretty little outfit for winter. Nice enough condition for a baby gift. The rattle is a prop and is not for sale.
