Description: When I purchased this locomotive it was represented to me as a "New" locomotive. I can see no visible signs of use. (check wheels/trucks) However, the rear railing is missing. I did place the engine on a test track and the locomotive ran fine in forward and reverse. Light works including the blinking light mounted on top of the cab. It presents beautifully.
