There are signs of age or wear through notable cover/spine fading/rub fading/tanning, soil/rub soil/scuff marks, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, scuffs, or scratches, page edge soil/age spotting/age staining/age discoloration, edge nicks, and yellowing of pages. The outer corners are all rubbed enough to leave board visible. The spine upper and lower edges and corners are rubbed and worn thin leaving some splitting and fraying...the upper back corner is split about 1/8"...the lower edge has a split of about 1/16"...the top edge has tiny splits/fraying across. Some pages have small dog eared corners. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact. This 236 page book measures 6 5/8" x 4 5/8" x 15/32".
