Its cane diameter will be between ¾ to 1 inch.It has a dense growth habit and is a fantastic noise and wind barrier for ultimate protection. Birds also love to nest within the branches so it is fantastic aviaries and bird lovers. It easily submits to an electric hedger and can be shaped to a traditional hedge shape or into more exotic topiaries.It is hardy down to 25 degrees and due to it’s smaller size can be brought in during the colder months if in a container.The plants are recent divisions and are approximately 15" tall.
