Even though neither doll has been out of their boxes the boxes themselves have a couple of blemishes. Thank one corner is wrinkled Tommy as Mayor Munchkin and Kelly as Lullaby Munchkin from The Wizard of Oz are a 1999 Mattel production doll. Both Tommy and Kelly dolls are approx. 4" tall. Tommy as Mayor Munchkin is dresses all in green with a gold watch & green eyes. Lullaby Munchkin Kelly has long reddish hair & blue eyes w/freckles.
