The tray is marked KPM Germany and the plates are marked J.R.Huhschenreuther Selb Bavaria.The artist hand painted the set and decorated it with beautifulpink wild roses and green foliage on a cream background.The round edges are gilded as are the pierced handles.Each plate is signed by the artist M.South and at the back of thetray we find the artist's address in Chicago.The tray measures approximately 10" by 9 1/2".The dessert plates have a diameter of 6".The porcelain is fine and translucent.The whole set is in top antique condition with no cracks, chips,repairs nor hairlines.
