Description: Beautiful carved floppy ear dog out of a large opal with pretty emerald green and pale pink flashes. I believe this is an Australian opal from my research. I took photos on a white background. The estate auction calculated the weight to be 23 carats. It's probably around that number because of the large size of the opal measuring 26mm long x 21mm wide x 8mm high at farthest points. Frame and chain are sterling silver with gold prongs.
