This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (several tears exist); no holes that I could see; small pieces missing due to very heavy wear and/or damage.
