It is marked on the bottom with the following: Bennington Potters 1897 Bennington, Vermont According to the Bennington website their pottery is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. Before being listed in my store the baker was carefully hand washed and dried. It will be ready to use upon receiving. This item is in close to very good pre-owned condition. There are no cracks, nicks, chips or repairs. There are signs of wear from age, use and storage, which includes but is not limited to surface scuff/scratch marks.
