Description: Stunning, clean, vintage Benrus Shock-Absorber waterproof type, modular, all stainless steel case, driven by a clean 15 jewel model BH1 ETA CAL1080 Benrus manual wind movement, with a beautiful dress dial. 862 Every effort has been made to show all possible detail with photographs. All photos are of actual watch in auction. MOVEMENT: Clean 15 jewel manual wind model BH1 ETA CAL 1080 Benrus movement is signed: " Benrus Watch Co. Inc., Swiss, fifteen 15, jewels, model BH1, AXZ, ETA 1080." Movement runs well, however has not been recently serviced or tested for precise accuracy. CASE: Clean, all stainless steel round, modular waterproof type,case measures 32.30 mm across without crown, 38.77 mm lug tip to tip and 16 mm between lugs. Featuring horned lugs. Case back is signed: "Benrus, 648156, pat. 2302340, stainless steel, waterproof, shock absorbing, dust proof." Waterproof type PA crystal is clean and clear. DIAL: Stunning pearl dress dial with light edge wear (see photos) features raised gold Breguet Arabic numbers, calibrated outer minute/seconds track, delicate gold leaf hour and minute hands, and a gold sweep second hand. Dial is signed: "Benrus, Shock-Absorber." BAND: Fitted with black, textured, stitched band. If there are any questions, please don't hesitate to contact seller.
