We print double sided so each page is print on the front and back. We use GBC Comb binding. It's hefty, Sturdy, and pages can lay flat. Our packaging materials are all paper based, and from manufacturers that verify that their packing & shipping products are sustainability sourced. Each printed PDF is wrapped in a protective paper layer, and then placed in a cardboard literature box.The box is about 12” x 9“, and about as high as needed for your manual. The heights vary based on the number of pages printed in your order. In order to keep costs low, we will print in monochrome. If possible we will remove all blank pages or pages that are not in English. This may result is skipped page numbers but the pages will still match the table of contents. If you need a manual with all the non-english pages, feel free to contact us. Please note, we are not charging for the manual itself but for the cost of printing, binding and shipping the manual.
