Blank presentation page and front matter pages. Very occasional pen ink underlining found. No highlighting found at a glance. There is a little green marker ink in the index and map sections. Binding has minor cover splits in front and back, but spine is otherwise tight and straight. Page gilding is approximately 75%-80% intact. Covers have a little mild creasing (mostly along spine joints) but no major damage such as flaking, scrapes/gouges, etc. This book has a mild air freshener smell (or similar) at close range which might fade over time. No smoke odors or other strong smells. No mold.
