It is i good condition with no holes, tears, or stains. Bottom front hem seam has a spot where the top-stitching is coming Loose. It has a plain tank top that sits down about upper hip length and has a V-neckline in both front and back. Overblouse is open front with a Rhinestone hook and eye clasp at top. Clasp has Rhinestone sets on each half. Overblouse has a plain front, back, and straight, plain, long sleeves. It has a flat collar edging and thick shoulder pads. Fabric is 92% Acetate and 8% Spandex with a loose draping look and feel. It is black with silver floral pattern and has silver glitter accenting the floral design. It is hand washable. Made in USA.
